Returns / Refunds

Our products are Not Brand New but are one off items. Some look like new with original labels. Some look like new without original labels, and others with hardly any signs of wear, and other items which have been used and show some signs of wear but are still in very good condition.

We cannot accept returns or make refunds unless by prior arrangement with us. Please email us if you have a problem so that we can try to help you.
Any problems you have must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If a return is to be made, the buyer must pay the return shipping costs and obtain proof of postage. 
We cannot be responsible if the item fails to arrive back to us.

Please NOTE our products are one offs, so there are no alternative sizes or colours available. The descriptions shown on our site are reproduced from the manufacturer’s labels attached to each product, but each manufacturer’s sizes can differ.

We deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom .
Packages valued at below £30 will cost £3.50p.
Packages valued at £30 or over will be Free Postage.
We will aim to dispatch parcels within three to five working days.
If there is to be a delay we will email you.
Parcels will be posted using Royal Mail registered.
